About the Author

Jinno Ordonez is the Strategic Operations Manager for visp.net, located in Grants Pass, OR United States. His passion lies in the professional and technical aspects of business management focused on business strategy and information management.  He has an MBA degree from Southern Oregon University and has recently published a paper entitled, “Trends of e-Learning: Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Usability” in the Journal of Instruction Design Systems [article].

He worked for Headstrong Inc. a global IT consulting firm, as a consultant where he pioneered the creation of an e-Learning application development methodology. He was then appointed to grow this new market as well as Headstrong’s other consulting services. Upon leaving Headstrong to pursue his MBA degree, he closed 3 marquee international accounts.

At 22, he was an instructor in De La Salle University Manila where he taught collegiate courses on Instructional Systems Technology in the Department of Computer Science. The same university where he attained his Bachelor degree in Computer Science and completed 30 Credits of Coursework in the Masters of Science in Information Technology degree program.
